Returns & Exchanges

Overview

If you are not happy with your garment or wish to change the size you can send back the garment on your cost. If you wish to exchange the garment for another style, this is also applicable on the grounds that there is stock and the desired style is of equal price. Brixtol does NOT accept returns from purchases made at/on other stores or web-shops. If your Brixtol garment was not purchased on www.brixtol.com or www.store.brixtol.com, your garment should return to where the purchase receipt was issued.

RETURNS POLICY

All items are to be returned within a 14 day period of the purchased item/s being received by us here at BRIXTOL. We refund purchased item/s amount upon receiving returned item/s. Refunded Item/s must returned in condition of that of which was received to customer, any form, sign of wear or damage will void your refunded. Please see below return and exchange conditions:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Item/s being returned should be do so within a 14 day period of the purchased item/s being received. Item/s must be returned with tag and labelling intact else it voids return policy. Free Bonham/Beanie must be returned with item/s. If Free Bonham/Beanie or promotional good is not returned, this will void your refund.

SECTION 3

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. When purchasing an item from Brixtol online, in most cases your order will be shipped the next day. This means you have an estimated 24 hour gap in which you may cancel your order. Orders will not be cancelled if item is on-route to shipping location of customer.
